Photo to Three Grader

Pick a photo. It becomes a 3D relief of colored blocks (height from brightness). Then a loop renders the scene with three.js, grades it against your photo pixel by pixel, nudges the camera and light, and keeps only changes that score better. Runs in your browser; the photo is never uploaded.
